One of the fields of my activity is providing support for companies as an Interim Manager, or hiring a team of Interim Managers. Interim Management consists in hiring one or several top-class specialists on a temporary basis in order to perform a particular task, carrying out a given project or in order to manage a company or part of it. Taking advantage of a manager who is in the possession of experience and indispensable competences is performed in a professional way, in accordance with the highest ethical standards, and with efficiency exceeding an ordinary level.
Interim Management is a strategic factor in accomplishing success, because:
- IM is a straightforward method of employment (absence of social insurance costs, severance pays and expensive training events).
- IM means devoting a much shorter period of time to searching for a candidate.
- IMs are specialists in the field of re-organization and also accomplishing pre-determined results in a short period of time.
